This page explains how Dreamway Rentals researches, reviews, and maintains the information published on this website. Renting a vehicle involves real money and real plans, so we hold our content to a documented standard.

How vehicle information is verified

Year, make, model, seating capacity, transmission, and listed features are taken from the actual vehicle in our fleet and checked by staff before a listing is published. When a specification cannot be confirmed, we leave it off the page rather than guessing.

How availability is represented

Availability labels on this site reflect the current status of a vehicle in our system. They are not a live booking engine. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle; nothing is held until a member of our staff confirms it with you directly.

How pricing is handled

We publish a price only when it is a real, current rate. We do not advertise teaser rates or prices that exclude mandatory charges without saying so. Taxes, fees, deposits, and any third-party charges are disclosed before you commit to a rental.

How photographs are used

Where a listing shows a representative image rather than a photograph of that exact vehicle, the page says so. Cosmetic condition varies across used vehicles, and we would rather set an accurate expectation than a flattering one.

How assisted content is reviewed

Drafting tools, including AI assistance, may be used to prepare content. No page is published without human review. We never attribute content to a person who did not review it, and we never invent credentials, experiences, or quotations.

Customer reviews

Reviews and testimonials are published only when they come from real customers who gave permission, which may be withdrawn at any time. We do not write reviews for customers, we do not alter their meaning, and edited excerpts are marked.
